The audio device is not recognized by Music Center / SongPal, or the connection attempt fails.

Make sure the audio device is compatible with Music Center / SongPal, and then try the following:

  • Tap (Reload button) to refresh the screen.
  • Disconnect the BLUETOOTH connection on the mobile device, launch Music Center / SongPal, and then establish a BLUETOOTH connection all over again.
  • Restart the mobile device.
    For details about restarting the mobile device, refer to the operating instructions of the device.
  • Reset the audio device.
    For details about resetting the audio device, refer to the operating instructions of the device.
    If the audio device is powered through the AC power cord, unplug the cord from the AC outlet, wait for a while, and then plug it to the AC outlet once again.
  • Remove the pairing of the audio device from the mobile device, and then use Music Center / SongPal to make a connection all over again.

  • Resume the factory default settings of the audio device or initialize the audio device once, and then use Music Center / SongPal to make a connection all over again.
    However, note that this sets all the settings you made on the audio device back to the factory default settings.
